Case Study - Battledown Centre for Children and Families
Battledown is a Special School and part of the SAND Academy Trust providing specialist assessment of children between the ages of 2 to 11 and covering the whole range of additional needs.
We were contacted through a Teacher of the Deaf who raised concerns regarding two breakout spaces that the students use.
The reverberation issue in both rooms were so bad it was uncomfortable for everyone who used them.
A total of 6 suspended clouds and 2 wallboards were installed in each of the areas, making a it a much nicer and usable environment to use.
